Request permanent deletion of your Akontec AI account and its data. Submit the form below and our team processes the request within 30 days; we email you to confirm once it's complete.

What gets deleted

Your login / user profile (name, email, credentials)
Your workspace and its records — leads, contacts, conversations, tickets, invoices and module data
Notification subscriptions and activity history

A limited set of records (e.g. invoices/transactions) may be retained where required by law or for legitimate accounting, in anonymised or minimal form, then purged on the statutory schedule.
